If your dog is overwhelmed in large groups, if he is particular about the types of dogs he likes to play with, or if you can't attend the scheduled playgroups, a private play date may be just what you're looking for. We hope this page will help you to match up your dog with an appropriate companion for some one-on-one play here at Echo-Brin Acres or elsewhere.
A one-on-one visit is required before your dog may attend any play dates or play groups at Echo-Brin Acres. Contact us to schedule your initial visit.
(If your dog prefers to exercise with NO other dogs present, simply contact us to schedule a private visit.)
In general, spayed and neutered dogs of similar ages and sizes, but opposite sexes, tend to play well together. In addition, dogs can have different play styles that vary by breed or just by personality. Some dogs like to retrieve and swim, others like to chase or be chased, some like to wrestle or play-bite, and others prefer to just hang out, sniff, and relax.
If you'd like to find a particular type of playmate for your dog, please complete the play date form and we'll add your listing to this page.
